DriveAdsNZ – Terms & Conditions
By using our website or joining any DriveAdsNZ program, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Our Service
DriveAdsNZ connects brands with everyday vehicles to display NZTA-approved advertising.
We work with private cars, ride-share cars and curtain-side trucks.
We manage printing, installation, driver selection and reporting.
We work with independent drivers, not employees. Drivers are fully responsible for their own vehicle, insurance, legal requirements and any issues that may occur.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide correct artwork and approve designs before printing.
- Pay invoices on time.
- Commit to the minimum campaign term (usually 3 months).
- Ensure advertising follows NZ laws and does not include offensive or illegal content.
3. Driver Responsibilities
- Keep all decals/wraps on the vehicle for the full campaign.
- Keep the car clean and ads visible.
- Provide weekly photos and odometer proof.
- Follow all NZTA rules and maintain legal vehicle insurance.
- Report any damage or wrap issues immediately.
Drivers are responsible for all fines, accidents, vehicle problems or disputes related to their driving or vehicle. DriveAdsNZ is not responsible for driver-related issues.
4. Payments
Clients:
Payments follow the campaign agreement. Printing/installation may be charged separately.
Drivers:
Payments follow the Driver Agreement and depend on kilometres driven and proof submitted.
5. NZTA Compliance
All wraps/decals follow NZTA guidelines.
Drivers must not cover windows or areas that are not legally allowed.
6. Liability
DriveAdsNZ is not responsible for:
- Accidents, fines or driver behaviour
- Vehicle issues or mechanical problems
- Weather-related or natural damage
- Losses caused by incorrect artwork from clients
Maximum liability is limited to the total campaign fee paid.
7. Privacy
We collect only information needed for campaigns (contact details, photos, odometer proof, and GPS if used).
We do not sell or share personal information except when required for campaign reporting or legal purposes.
8. Cancellation
- Campaigns require a minimum term.
- Early cancellation may include printing or admin fees.
- Drivers must provide 30 days’ notice after the minimum term.
9. Changes
We may update these terms anytime.
